Apex Errorcode: 3005 Startservice failed with -2145452015

I can`t start Apex since a few hours. Whenever i start it via Steam, EasyAntiCheat starts loading before i get the following Apex Errorcode: 30005 Startservice failed with -2145452015. I can either ...
