Apex false ban

Would anyone be able to help me? I've just been banned on my pc apex account for "enhancing gameplay" even though i've never use any form of game enchantments. I've sent in an appeal but without any proof because i don't really know what evidence to use. Steam has been bugging out all day today and i tried to hop on apex earlier but it had an option to remote play and cast to my pc even though i only use one pc? I don't really know what to do so if anyone can give me tip, it would be most appreciated.
