apex file lost
hi,i returned to the game of apex ,i used to like this game very much but my level and my skin or anything else are all gone ,and i played it over 400hours,i hope you can help me to find the lost file ,thank you

Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform from your EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset.
If you had played on Steam in the past for example, please be sure to re-link that same Steam account to the same EA account that was used in the past. If linked to a different EA account, you won't be able to access the old progress.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
