Apex Freezing on startup

Whenever I load into the game/after I click continue and I'm in the lobby. My entire game freezes after around 3-4 seconds, I have audio the entire time though and the only way to close the game is through my task manager. I've never faced this issue prior to this and would really appreciate some help. I have tried many many things like updating my graphics card, Trying new launch options. updating my BIOS, changing BIOS XMP settings, turning off Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling, Disabling E-cores, underclocking GPU, Clearing Shader cache, running Apex as an Admin and disabling Fullscreen optimizations, getting rid of overlays, verifying game files, and that's just the ones I can remember.
