Apex friends lobby throw cyber cafe filter problem

Hi guys. Again im here. I said i have a cyber cafe and i need help about akinsoft filter but u didn't understand i think. U guys r still saying try to troubleshooting steps bla bla bla. I did already. I called it to Rajiv. I talked with him today and he said the same. It's not problem for me. I'm gonna say once again and this is last. If u can help me, help me. If u can't don't waste my time please. It's not pleasure for me. I'm only wasting my time right now. I have akinsoft and this program have a filter. Filter and this filter is blocking add to lobby while it open. I mean if akinsoft filter is open i can't join the lobby but if this filter is close i can join the lobby. I can play solo everytime by the way. It's no problem. I can't play with my friends while this filter is open. I need play with my friends  while this filter is open. Don't say to me close the filter and play. It's forbitten from my state. Turkey. It's forbidden in Turkey. So i can't close this filter. My customers are asking to me " How can i play with my friend? When i joined the lobby game crashing but no error. Only closing the game and im starting again then the same *. " I should play with my friends while this filter is open. Do U understand me? I don't need do troubleshooting steps. This is not problem. The problem is i can't play with my friends while open the akinsoft filter. I need play with my friends while open the akinsoft filter. Can you fix it guys or can i fix it? If i can how? If i can't or you can't just say it to me. I don't wanna waste my time
