Apex has been banned, but there are no active bans in my ban history!

Apex has been banned, but there are no active bans in my ban history, and I haven't received any email notifications! I submitted a dispute and received a response from the TOS team stating that there are no restrictions!

On May 10th, my Apex account was banned. When I tried to play Apex, I received the error message 'ERROR: The client's game account has been banned.' However, it's strange that I haven't received any email regarding the ban, and when I checked my ban history, there were no active bans displayed. I have contacted the TOS team and online advisors, and they confirmed that there are no restrictions on my account. Yet, I am unable to play Apex. It has been two days since the ban was imposed. Moreover, I found out from the forum that other players who were banned after the new season are experiencing the same issue as mine. I believe this could be a bug in EA's anti-cheat system, and I kindly request a prompt resolution.

    Hey @tryones001,

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play Apex. If you still receiving the message saying you're banned, please access EA Help again and make sure you log in with the same credentials you use to access your Apex account. Then I'd recommend sending a new dispute with our Terms of Service Team as we're unable to check for bans in AHQ Forums.
