Apex has been banned, but there are no active bans in my ban history, and I haven't received any email notifications! I submitted a dispute and received a response from the TOS team stating that there are no restrictions!
On May 10th, my Apex account was banned. When I tried to play Apex, I received the error message 'ERROR: The client's game account has been banned.' However, it's strange that I haven't received any email regarding the ban, and when I checked my ban history, there were no active bans displayed. I have contacted the TOS team and online advisors, and they confirmed that there are no restrictions on my account. Yet, I am unable to play Apex. It has been two days since the ban was imposed. Moreover, I found out from the forum that other players who were banned after the new season are experiencing the same issue as mine. I believe this could be a bug in EA's anti-cheat system, and I kindly request a prompt resolution.
