Apex Hasn't Launched in 2 Years

Look...

It's not as bad as it sounds - since I quit the game anyway, but I wanted to play it again recently & I'm getting the same issues as last time. 

I've tried on both EA Client & Steam, Verified / Repaired the game countless times. I've set Easy Anti Cheat & Apex to run in administrator. I've deleted old config files. I've used windows services to automatically launch the anti cheat. I've tried a VPN and manually resetting EAC using the command prompt tool.

I've tried almost everything in the book & I'm on my 10th install but I'm not holding onto any hope that it's going to magically work. I think the problem is with the Easy Anti Cheat. It just doesn't boot up properly, I can't even open it to then repair Apex Legends from the Easy Anti Cheat drop down menu.

Look if anyone has any more advice for me - I'm willing to try, even factory resetting my computer could be an option. But I'm game for any advice at this point. 

Apex Launches, then says initialising, then says waiting for game, then just turns off and I'm back staring at the game in steam which says play. It just doesn't work.
