APEX IS SENDING the Reset Your Password email message to the wrong email please
So I tried to log into Apex Legends a few days ago and I was stopped at the menu with a message prompt to Reset my Password but then I see that EA is sending the Reset Your Password Email to an Emsil that is deactivated and not in use anymore if i could just get that Password Reset Email sent to my primary Email that would help fix things but the message bord on the screen says a total different email then the one I have singed up with. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated I have put so much money blood sweat and tears into Apex Legends and knowing I'll probably never get any of it back really makes a person feel like worthless PLEASE HELP!

Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble with this!
If you no longer have access to the email address that's currently linked to the account, you'll need to reach out to an advisor to get that updated.
They'll need to verify some account information before any changes can be made so I'm afraid this is not something we're able to do on the forums directly.
