Apex keep crashing and casue my PC green screen

Question

so Apex keep crashing and cause my pc green screen. I reinstall apex, can't open it, I open apex through origin, still can't open it. Also I reinstall steam and origin, and reinstall apex from both platforms, doesn't seem to work. I tried upgrade and downgrade my driver, verify integrity of game files, I tried everything, but it's just not working, I can't open apex. until today, the new patch it came, I open apex through origin, I got in, was shooting in firing range, then I download apex on steam. Guess what, it crashed and got my pc green screen again, after I restart my PC. I try to open apex again through origin, its just keeps crashing back to usual. It's really frustrated, at first I thought its was my PC keep causing this, but every other game works just fine, only apex keep crashing and cause my pc green screen, I don't know what keep triggering this, so please help.

Also I can't link my steam acc to my origin acc, I sent EA support an email, but they never reply.

@Jeff_fufufu&nbsp;Green screens are typically an indication of issues with the GPU.Have you recently upgraded your GPU?I'd recommend reseating your GPU and checking if the monitor cable is correctly connected to the GPU and Monitor. (It's also recommended to try another monitor cable, as yours could also be faulty)If you haven't already, you could try using DDU before reinstalling your GPU driver, as older versions might still cause conflict.If that doesn't resolve the issue, I'd recommend contacting the place where you bought the GPU from if it still falls under warranty, as it's entirely possible that the GPU is failing.

Hey @Jeff_fufufu,I'm going to state the obvious by saying that crashing your computer is not the intended experience when it comes to Apex. It sounds like something's seriously going wrong somewhere. Could you share a DxDiag with me, please? That way I might be able to see what the issue is. This article shows how you can make one:https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/As for the account linking issue, are you getting an error message when you try to link your accounts? Or what exactly is the problem?

But it only happens on Apex, other games work just fine,(like COD, league of legends etc...) so that's really weird.
