Apex keeps crashing in main lobby

Hello

just wanted to bring it to your attention that I haven’t play apex for quite some time. Recently got a pc amd wanted to play apex. Downloaded it  and attempted to play continuously crashes and gives me a FATAL ERROR TIMEOUT message. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. Get into the lobby and again continuous crashes giving the same error code. I’m not too computer savvy. Attempted to do multiple fixes I saw on google such as clearing cookies and cache along with resetting shaders. Should be mentioned that it using amd. I don’t know if that makes a difference. I didn’t know if you had any fixes for this issue? I’ve heard a lot of people having the same issues. Wondering if yall will put out an update to fix it. Was really looking forward to playing again. Anyways thanks for your time.
