Apex keeps loading up and then crashing into black screen

Hey i have loaded up apex and then it gets to the apex loading screen saying to "click to continue" and when I do it black screens. I dont know what to do ive tried everything that is on the internet about it

    i have the same issue it occasionally works if i spam space bar straight after the click to continue but very rarely works
