apex lag from discord.

Hello, my apex legends game lags so bad to the point it is not playable when im am in a call in discord.  I have a gtx 4070 super with a 7800 X3D.  I have turned discord overlay, streaming mode, and hardware acceleration off yet the game still lags.  please help.
