Apex legend Crash

im report Unknow eror and need help to fix it

PC Spec

AMD Ryzen 5 2200G 

intergertaed GPU vega 11 2 GB

16 GB RAM

1TB Hardisk + 120 GB SSD

Problem

[1292.104] FS_CheckAsync Request Returned Error for Model <NoInfo> offset 2339782656 -- Erro 0x00000015

Try Fix it but didnt Work

-Repair in Origins Menu

-Repait in AntiCheat app 

-delete cache origins

-restart computer

-update driver and windows

Hi @Comrade_Yuri47.  

Are you getting this error message often? Have you had a chance to try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If you right-click on the game in your Origin library you should see the Repair option when the menu pops up. 

Let me know if you keep seeing the same error message afterward.

I just noticed that you had created another thread about this same issue after I had posted this. I went ahead and merged it to this thread. 

When you have a chance could you post a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more details on how to gather it check out the EA Help website. Once you have the file please post it here. Thanks!

When you've got a chance can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's something else running on your PC that might be causing this issue a Clean Boot may help.

yah still same not realy work and now get new trouble 

for my gameplay and my origins

- script not found 

- collor correction_loadAsync Fs_openAsyncfile returned

- and origins erorr not opened

Thanks for following up. 

Do you have Apex Legends installed on a different storage drive than the Origin client itself? If so, is it possible to try moving them to the same drive to see if that helps? I've seen cases where having them installed on different drives can cause some strange issues.

still same not work ,i know i'm not instal game in disk C a same location of origins location installation cause im use SSD and i'm instal game in disk E Which use HDD, because the SSD capacity is not enough to install the game. So after you suggest  move my game in same location of origins installation i move origins location to disk E same location of my game location installation but its same not work and im reinstal apex in same location of origins but still same problem not work 

can you give info what this erorr code

this problem appeared 3 months ago and before that there was no problem at all, what is this why is this game like that

I Love Apex Legend ,Since this game Release one Year Ago im more hype about this game. BECause this game very Revolution in another game battle royale and because APex legend fortnite Copy the features like Respawn player if killed but now because this HMmmmmmmm

and Yesterday im ask ContactEA and she give me a Few Solutions in my Email

but not work .10 solution but not ALL work WTF

Did you make any significant changes to your PC around the time this started happening? Did you download any programs at the time? I took another look at the DxDiag that you attached, and I noticed a handful of other programs crashing on your PC. I'm wondering if there might be some malware on your PC that's causing all these crashes.
