apex legend randomly crashing with no pop up / going to desktop

PC windows 11 / Steam
it randomly crash without showing any error pop ups after a few minutes into the game, 
i have tried :
-restart pc
-verifying file integrity
-reinstalling apex legend
-check for windows and graphics driver update
-closing background apps
-i tried stress test on my cpu ,gpu, ram and drive all of them doesnt have problems
-
my spec:
-ryzen 5 5600x
-rx 6700 xt 
-32gb 3600mhz
-SSD WD Black SN850X 1TB 

*doesnt have photo of the crash because it doesnt show any error pop ups

    Same exact problem. Done everything you did on the list. Nothing helps. Have you fixed it?

    Have the same exact issue. Tried running it with NVIDIA debug mode, tried reinstalling the game, tried resetting all game settings, tried decreasing graphic settings even though I also have a powerful machine. EA customer support told me to try a clean reboot with my PC, and if it doesnt work to post it on here for a moderator to respond to.
