Apex Legends - Bad Frametime, Rough Gameplay when starting up

@IamVeeny Yup this almost has the similar problem that I posted, still was not able to fix this. I just had to "warm up" the game for 3-5 minutes after startup and then go to a match which is pretty bad if you are going to stream different games and having to wait for the game to run with no issues is just not ideal
