Hey sightlessnine51,

If you haven't already, please power cycle your Xbox before trying these connection troubleshooting steps, especially the step of changing your DNS to see if there's any improvement.

Thank you for your response I have done this on two separate occasions and neither time has worked so unfortunately I don’t know what else to do
