Apex Legends Account Assets and Progress Reset and Lost

I used to play Apex through the Steam platform but stopped in 2023. In September 2025, I logged in again and found that my account had been wrongfully banned. Fortunately, I recently submitted an appeal, and the ban was revoked. However, when I logged in today, I discovered that my account was not only unlinked from my Steam account, but all my in-game assets were gone, and my level was reset to 1. My total playtime was approximately 220 hours, and I previously owned Lambert's Heirloom along with various other skins and cosmetics. Is it possible to help me recover these lost items?
