Apex Legends account reset because of cross progression
Hello today i wanted to start plaing apex legends again. When i entered the game on my Steam profile i got the message that cross progression was added to the game So i wanted to connect my Day 1 Level 500 Playstation Network account.
I clicked continue on the first prompt and then was presented with 3 accounts.
The first one was a diffrent Playstation Network account
The Second was my Nintendo Switch account
The third was my Steam account which i just entered the game through.
Since None of these accounts were the one i wanted to connect i closed the game so that i could link my PSN to my EA account. I found out i couldnt do that because i could only link 1 PSN account with an EA account in its lifetime and it was also already linked with another EA account which i forgot i had 'cause i made it years ago. I then decided to make a completely new account in order to centralize everything. So i did, i linked my PSN and my Steam account to the new EA account, then i entered the game through Steam and the first cross progression prompt poped up so i clicked continue but the second prompt where i chose accounts didnt show up. I entered the lobby and i was level 1 with the tutorial not completed. Then i went to my PS4 to check on my Apex account there. I had deinstalled Apex Legends on my PS4 a few months ago so i had to reinstall it. When i finished reinstalling it i opened the game and i was also level 1 with an incomplete tutorial. This was my level 500 account. I then did the tutorial to see if the accounts were connected. After completing it i opened the game on my PC on Steam and the tutorial was complete.
Thats where i am now.
The only things that saved on my PS4 were my PSN trophies(achievements), my custom controller settings and my accessibility settings, the option "Enable Accessible Chat Features" was set to "Enable(Text and Voice)".
Pleas can anyone help me get my account back.

A few things to call out about your post.
First, items and progression are stored at the EA account level and not the platform account. When you unlink your platform accounts you lose your progress and items as they will not go with you to a new EA account.
To attempt to recover any progress or items, your platform accounts will need to be relinked to their original EA Accounts. Please Note, that this does mean you cannot use them with Cross Progression.

Lastly, Based on the accounts it shows connected to your EA account. It sounds like a different PSN is already connected to your main EA account, in this case, you would be able to use that account with Cross Progression but would be unable to use the level 500 account you mentioned (as it is on a different EA account).
