I started my Apex Legends and it said that now I can link my PS4 account to my PC account and when I pressed link it did something but I didn't get any of my PS4 items or anything else. Is this glitch or something? I should have more badges and skins and legends but I didn't get anything.

As you mentioned linking your PS4 account to a PC account, was that previously linked to another EA account?
That sounds like it may be the case if you're missing content you were expecting to see, as progress is not transferred from one EA account to another.
