I have the same problem, I want to play apex, but I cant do it.

1: Please update your OS system to the latest version
2: You can check your dlls certificate and verify they are not expired. (set your system time to within certificate period).
3: You can do a chkdsk /f and /r run in CMD.
4. Install ccleaner and make sure to add the
registry cleaner. Open CCleaner and press/run registry
5. Open CMD (admin) and enter ‘regsvr32 /u gdiplus.dll’ Press enter, Input ‘regsvr32 /i gdiplus.dll’ and press enter to reregister gdiplus.dll.
6. Update gpu drivers.
7. Roll back windows
8. clean install.
If non of the 8 solutions above work i could get a new gdiplus.dll file and post it for you guys to replace with your old and see if that works.
