Apex legends black screen

Hey my apex legends keeps crashing to black screen on xbox series x sometime it will work for like one game then it just starts constantly doing it almost every game. I also have it on ps5 and its fine on the i have tried all the troubleshooting methods and nothing is working. Any help would be appreiciated
