Apex Legends BSOD on launch IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

Issue-The game causes my pc to crash when launching the game(Blue screen of death)
Impact of the issue: unplayable
PC specs: R7 2700x, RTX 2060 super, 16 gb ram(4x4gb), b450 atx motherboard(asrock steel legend)
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. Apex Legends cause me to crash every time I try to launch it
Recently downloaded apex legends, and i was able to play it fine with no issues until about 2 weeks ago. But then one day when i opened it, (below is the detailed explanation of the issue)
1. EasyAnticheat window shows up
2. The blue bar starts to fill up
3. when its full, the screen switches to the BSOD(IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL) without any error message beforehand.
4. Only info that i can find in the bsod is the message irql not less or equal, it doesnt show which program failed
BELOW IS THE LIST OF THINGS THAT I TRIED
1. I looked up the common cause of the bsod
2. I ran windows memory diagnostic (no issue)
3. I ran sfc/scannow on command prompt (no issue)
4. although this was before i installed apex, i switched out my ram
5. Clean installed my nvidia driver
6. reinstalled apex twice, repaired three times, reinstalled origin once
7. tried a clean boot
8. reinstalled/repaired apex on easyanticheat
The issue did not fix once. I dont know what to do, I want to play the game...
