APEX LEGENDS CAN'T CONNECT TO EA SERVERS ON MY ACCOUNT

So I have an issue where I can't connect to the EA servers through my main account to play APEX Legends, I live in Australia by the way, after numerous phone calls and a online chat and trying everyt...

and to add to this I have spent 350 hours of my life playing this game, if I can't get any sort of solution to this problem, what an absolute waste
