I’m having a problem when I try to load a match I get kicked out and get a error message that says “connection to server timed out” as the picture shows word from word. please help!!!

Community ManagerTry setting the DNS manually on your console to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) It's been working for people having constantly having disconnections/server timeout errors.
Have you tried switching to a static or dynamic IP?
I have tried changing me DNS, as well as switch to LAN and WiFi Connection’s seeing if the problem was connectivity to the network.
I have not yet tried a static IP.
Although, this is localized to Apex Legends for me. All other games run flawlessly online. Ie: Destiny, For Honor and COD.
Apex is the only one to give me issues with server connection.
It randomly happens to me with "Connection to server timed out (code: leaf) and says to see ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information. " But is just general stuff that's common knowledge to do before asking for tech help.
Whether in game or right after character selection screen. Very frustrating in game. Didn't happen this frequently before latest patch.
