@CroL0coThere's a faster way to close the game.
Press Win + Tab.
Make a new desktop.
Open Task Manager.
End Apex Legends.
Win + Tab.
Close Desktop 2.
Go back to Desktop 1.
Re-launch Apex.
Much quicker than having to sign out or reboot.
As a side note, this is happening on both of my systems. More on my AMD system by far.
Main system:
9900K @ 4.9Ghz
CL14 3200Mhz 32GB RAM
RTX 3090 OC
1440p @ 144hz (because anything over 160~ is a jittery nightmare even with Gsync and stable frame rate. Come on guys....)
Second system:
3900X no OC
CL14 3600Mhz 16GB RAM
RTX 2080 no OC
1080p @ 144hz
Is that the case with any game or just Apex?
I have mine capped at 238 and i get micro stutters all the time. I just tried it at 160 and still get them.
I play on 1440p 240 htz monitor
RTX 3080
Ryzen 5 5900x
16gb of ram
I don't get stutters on Modern Warefare

@FOB_OmariusPrimeJUST Apex. Drives me NUTS. I have a 240Hz as well with Gsync Ultimate. Game runs poorly starting somewhere around 160-170'ish FPS. Try turning off Nvidia reflex. Go to your launch options and add : +gfx_nvnUseLowLatency 0.
Also, check your Nvidia control panel and make sure that low latency is NOT set to Ultra. Either on or off is fine. I personally keep mine on.
If none of that worked, you need to also lower the refresh rate of your monitor. For me, I still got stutter if I capped my frames at 170fps and still had my monitor at 240hz. I had to lower my monitor's refresh rate to 144 (mine goes 144, 200, 240). I wish it had something in between so I could try, say 155 or 165. 144 runs like a dream for me.
