Apex Legends Possible Corrupt files – Game Unplayable

I’ve been facing a persistent and increasingly severe issue with Apex Legends for over a year now, and despite multiple attempts, I have not received any effective solution from EA support.
The problem has progressively worsened to the point where the game is now completely unplayable.
Every time I launch the game, I encounter a recurring error (shown in the screenshot) that prevents normal gameplay. In earlier stages, the issue caused instability and intermittent problems in the lobby and matches, but now it consistently blocks me from playing altogether.
I have over 1500+ hours invested in Apex Legends, and this issue has effectively locked me out of a game I’ve spent significant time and money on.

None of the above have resolved the issue.
At this point, I’m requesting a proper investigation and permanent fix. This is not a minor bug—it completely prevents access to the game.
I would really appreciate a direct response or escalation from the technical team.
