Apex Legends crash

Hey There,
Been enjoying the game so far alot but as per a few other posts I am getting random crashes which cause the game to completely freeze to a black screen, I am able to open task manager and see that I get the below error and it is always the same.
I have included my DxDiag report as an attachment as well.
I thought this maybe card or driver related so I tried updating the Nvidia drivers but no luck and I just done a complete format of my PC and still no luck sadly.
Soo when i start the game it goes to the lobby with the character everything and then everytime random 0x problem and crashing to the desktop,someone with the same problem??
Spec:i3 5005U 5th generation 8gb ram gtx 920m 2gb vram

No, the problem is that they're really incompetent at not making things break. The hardware isn't the issue-- it's the coding.
GPU = MSI RTX 2080 Ti X 11GB
It's locking up during game.. there is also a red icon appearing in the top right corner, and it occasionally crashes to the desktop, its unplayable@TPG_BrittyBritt What are you talking about. The majority of people in this thread have latest gen processors + RTX cards lol.
