Apex Legends crashes 1 sec. Into intro video

I played Apex just fine the night of the 28th, uninstalled from my HDD on the 29th and re-installed on my SSD. Since then, the game will not open fully. It launches, plays the intro video for 1 second and then closes with no error messages.

Specs (PC):
CPU: i7-6700k
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1070
32gb RAM
1TB SSD and HDD with plenty of storage on both

I have tried basically everything I could find on the internet.
-Updated and downgraded graphics driver
-Updated windows/any PC updates
-capped FPS, messed with multiple launch options and also no launch options
-turned off and on router
-re-installed Apex on Steam and EA App multiple times, trying both on my HDD and SSD
-ran in admin mode
-disabled full-screen optimization
-repaired/verified game files many times
-repaired Windows files
-repaired EAC (anti-cheat)
-updated all Windows drivers possible
-updated BIOS
-uninstalled my McAfee protection after making sure Apex was good to go through their firewall
-made sure Windows firewall allows Apex and EA
-used a VPN
-turned off all over-lays
-made sure Apex is using default sound output/input in Windows
-downloaded Apex to MyPC/Documents instead of ProgramFilesx86

None of this has worked and I am honestly at my wits end. Any help is appreciated.
