Hi @Luro2377 When you have a moment can you try going through the following steps, and let us know if this continues?
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
Clear your PS4/PS5's cache:
- Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.
- Select "Turn Off PS".
- Let the PlayStation fully power down and wait for 30-60 seconds.
- Restart the PlayStation.

Still not working i have tried everything support told me to do, I even change my Playstation for a new one but my Apex account still crashing at the lobby and only my apex account. Is there a way that respawn can check my account personally to make it work?

Hi @Luro2377 To confirm you are using your account on a different PS4 and still see crashing in the lobby? Do you have anything connected to the USB ports or do you change Audio devices when getting in the game?

Yes! Im using my account on a different ps4 and i tried on a ps5 too but still not working, and i don't have any usb or sound devices connected.
