Conduit relocked and cannot purchase her again either.

I had conduit unlocked in the past and 3 nights ago I noticed that she was locked. So I try to unlock her again and I cannot. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling on all platforms and no luck. I’ve contacted support multiple times and lock luck either.
