@Broppled_TV will try to find out more for you.

@Broppled_TV I was just looking through your above setup attachment of your drives.
C drive ssd 475 gig 139 free
E drive ssd 243 gig 19 free
F drive ssd 114 gig 98 free
D drive HD 409 gig 253 free
While in theory the ssd drives should be able to run while fairly full, my experience with yt is that's not the case, the windoes paging really clogged his small ssd.
Imo you should keep the c drive for system only stuff and other non gaming programs, but monitor the space used.
I would put all program data on the E and F drives.
To install programs on other drives as an eg:
Say OcculusSetup.exe is downloaded in my download folder on my d drive, and I want to install it on the d drive.
Press Windows and r key
Then type
D:\Downloads\OcculusSetup.exe /drive=D
Your Windows paging might be OK on you c ssd as its large enough for that. Defraggler will let you see that clearly. But don't defrag ssd's.
I would put all gaming software on your D HD drive.
The reason is the regularity and size of game updates.
This would allow you to defragment the files after an update, running at optimum.
Maby even partition the d drive if necessary.
Ccleaner allows you to annalise the drives to see what's on there to see what you have on there. I would start by getting rid of everything you don't need and their associated files.
Ccleaner can also clean your registry after a cleanup.
It might be you have to uninstall loads and reinstall, but it will be worth it.
