I've also tried running my TV resolution to 1080p just in case it's a strain on the console, but Apex continues to crash. This has never happened before the optimization. I've played cyberpunk 2077 and many other series x optimized games that run fine. No issues till now so I'm not sure what's the deal with my console constantly shutting off when I browse the menu or return to the lobby. I've had a few successful games, but everytime I login to the lobby or finish a game and get sent to the lobby, there's a chance my console will shut off.

I've cleared my console of local save files, but I'm not sure how to go about deleting online save files for Apex. Also, I tried getting a game in for prize tracker progress on Arenas and the game crashed at the start of the match. First time this has happened to me and I also got an Abandoned match early penalty. Not sure what's the cause at all.

Ok then yes I have done both. I cleared the save data and then tried a match of Arenas and it resulted in a crash, but this time in a game. Tuesday night I was able to get in 3 games of ranked, like an hour and a half of gameplay with no issues. Yet when I started just one match of Arenas without playing anything else on my console it still crashed.

I’ve already tried this. And every other option provided. And nothing has worked. It definitely seems like some sort of bug fix needs to be put out.
