I wasn't too confident on my console's performance so I had it cleaned by a professional. What I discovered was that it was indeed very dusty as the picture entails. But even after the full clean and brand new thermal paste, Apex continues to crash. I logged in and checked out my friends rank on the friends menu and my console crashed. It's definitely not my console. Let me know how to proceed please.

So first thing of the day without using the console at all beforehand, I try using the charm menu like you said and I was able to browse for a good 10 minutes. I was selecting a charm for my Hemlok but yes the game crash in the process. The console was and is still cool because I hadn't used it beforehand.

Yeah I just uninstalled and reinstalled right now along with clearing local/online save data before I booted it up. I got a match of ranked in thankfully but as soon as I queued up a game of Arenas afterwards the game crashed. It's like a sudden green screen followed by my console shutting off.
Most definitely a bug there's no other explanation. I could join a BR game and play it out entirely just fine, but as soon as I start scrolling the lobby menu (season hub/play/club/legends/Loadout/store), or linger too long in a lobby checking out its features (charms/friends/skins), or get sent to a lobby after a match it's almost a guaranteed crash.
Is there any fix yet for this? im struggling now for 2 weeks now and still no fix for this i even changed back to my old xbox where it works w/o any problems. it seems a xbox series x problem only, its really frustrating i cant play my favorit game on my new xbox series x
Same here, I continue to struggle as well. These past weeks it has been crashing when I'm sent back to the lobby after a match and recently crashed when I selected my legend and was about to initiate the jump. Thankfully I was able to rejoin but it's still awful that I have to play ranked with a possibility of a crash looming overhead 😣🤧.

No error code. It just freezes and crashes for me. I’ve ended up having to play apex on my old Xbox
I’m running into same issue. No one seems to know or care to really look into solving this. It’s all normal troubleshooting procedures they offer. They need to patch this
Yep same for me it's unplayable and has been for the last few weeks.. constant hard crashes and or freezes ....I keep trying and yes I have tried everything possible,uninstall/reinstall...reset caches,saved data...reset console. I can play on my PS5 and Nintendo switch on same network without issue...please fix this series x issue!
@EA_Atic Can this issue be moved up as a priority? There are a lot of xbox users crashing only while playing Apex and there seems to be no resolution. My apex games crash 2-4 times an hour, sometimes with back to back crashes. I've deleted all locally saved and game data from the manage game and add-ons option, I've removed and reinstalled the game, Im hard wired, and I've reset my xbox over 25 times. There needs to be a patch for this ASAP. Thank you.
I'm experiencing the same issue on both xbox series x and xbox one s I tried everything recommended on here and nothing seems to work. Any luck in finding a solution?
