Apex legends cross Progression

Hi,

i recently (this week) purchased a PS5, and am currently converting from a XBOX player on apex legends. I got the game in 2019 and have put a lot of time and money into the game, and saw that cross progression was released recently so I knew I could carry over my skins and everything I’ve worked toward. I signed into my EA account on the PS5, but unfortunately nothing carried over onto the PS5 aside from my friends list that I had added while playing on the XBOX. I’m about 97% sure that it’s the correct EA account, as when I look at which consoles it is linked with it is linked to my XBOX with the gamer tag I had an everything, as well as now the PS5. I’m just hoping this can be rectified and I can be given direction toward fixing or it can be taken out of my hands and fixed for me.
