Apex Legends Currency Showing -9999

Hello EA Support, I am experiencing a serious issue with Apex Legends on PC (Steam). The following problems occur when I launch the game: All in-game currencies display -9999 instead of their actual values. The Store, Challenges, Battle Pass, and other menu sections cannot be opened. The lobby experiences severe stuttering and lag, especially when the white loading animation appears around the currency section. Matchmaking starts normally, and the READY button changes to UNREADY, but the game gets stuck on the loading screen and never enters a match. I experience the same issue when playing solo, so it does not appear to be related to my party. Troubleshooting steps I have already tried: Verified the integrity of Apex Legends game files through Steam. Reinstalled Apex Legends. Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat. Cleared DNS cache using ipconfig /flushdns. Reset Winsock using netsh winsock reset. Restarted my PC and Steam. Changed Data Centers, including Singapore. Tested my internet connection. My ping is stable, with 0% packet loss. Tested without a party. Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.
