Apex Legends Data lost

I have an issue with my Apex Legends missing content from my account. I triple checked the Log in in my steam account and I have checked if I had linked my account correctly witch is. I did disconnect it 3 times as well and it is still showing me Level 1 when I log in and all of the data is gone. And I can see clearly that on my Steam Account it is still showing the 800+ hours I have logged in that game. I have attached a picture of it as well. I would really like to get some help on this.

    Hey Darknrau1​,

    Just to clarify why your progress seems to have been reset here, this is almost always due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. It looks like that's the case here as well.

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like Steam. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. In this case you've never accessed Apex Legends on this EA account until your Steam was linked here just recently.

    While you've played on that Steam account, it was linked to a different EA account at the time. That is where your progress would be stored, so you'd need to re-link this Steam back to the original EA account rather than this newer one.

    We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
