When I try to login into Apex Legends, my game freezes and i get kicked out and get the message: The client is not running the anti-cheat, or has failed the anti cheat authentification
I've tried severell things:
Running the software by myself (It open for a brief second then closes it self)
Launching apex and the AntiCheatSoftware as admin
Deleting Anticheat and repearing the files
clean / saveboot my computer
reinstalled the game severall times
I have the same problem. I had switched to PC around 8 months ago and have played relatively frequently with no issues whatsoever then yesterday I go to start it up and I get into the lobby and it's laggy with all the currencies at -9999 and after about 10 seconds I get kicked out with the same message. I have looked at everything from reinstalling, checking Anti-cheat files (which I couldn't actually run as it just flashes for half a second), updating windows, getting rid of my firewall temporarily, and just about everything besides completely resetting my PC. So far there has been no help from EA or any actual attempt at listening to the problem as on one of the other forums I saw someone had this issue for months and was pinging their message for priority for EA to see it and the representative responding seemed annoyed that they would use that feature for this issue which I found disappointing. With the new season I want to play the game right now I just hope that the new Anti-cheat changes will repair it for us because from what I've seen there's very little effort from EA to help out the people with this problem. I would love to be proven wrong.
