Apex legends fps drop when opening amd overlay(alt +r)

I have a  problem, 

Apex legends fps drops when using (alt + r)amd overlay, from 144fps to 20fps sometimes, and when I click again the alt + r to close the overlay it is now back at 144fps (happeneds also even when ctrl + shift + e, for keyshortcut record), and also on google chrome will on youtube playing music (it is on autoplay), when the music is auto changing, it also fps drops in apex legends.

I how you can help me...
