Apex legends fps drop when opening amd overlay(alt +r)

Question

I have a&nbsp; problem,&nbsp;Apex legends fps drops when using (alt + r)amd overlay, from 144fps to 20fps sometimes, and when I click again the alt + r to close the overlay it is now back at 144fps (happeneds also even when ctrl + shift + e, for keyshortcut record), and also on google chrome will on youtube playing music (it is on autoplay), when the music is auto changing, it also fps drops in apex legends.I how you can help me...PC specs:ryzen 5 5600gsapphire pulse rx6600xtmsi b450m pro vdh maxkingston fury beast 8x2 3200Mhzcoolermaster 650mwe bronze

I also can't use Adrenalin overlay like this.When I want to change something (during the game) I had to press Win+D to bring the desktop and then open the Adrenalin from tray.

Yes, I do the same things even when I want to record it freezes, I don't know if this was a problem with the adrenalin drivers or just in apex
