1players in queue

I had a suspension because my account was hacked in March 24, but I canceled it through an objection. However, I've been trying to match the game to play APEX Legends since then, but it says 1players in queue and the game doesn't match. Since then, I've tried Cleared Steam/EA App cache, Verified game files, Reinstalled the game, and changed data center in-game to solve the problem, but I've also contacted the support center several times, but the problem doesn't fix. However, if you try to play with a different account, the game works well without any problems.
