Apex Legends Full Account Reset — All Items/Progress Gone

If the account now looks completely reset, with everything back to default, this usually points more to an account access or account-linking issue than the content being permanently removed.
In Apex, progress and unlocked content are tied to the EA Account, so if you’ve ended up signed into a different EA Account than before, it can make the game look like a brand-new account. I’d also avoid unlinking or relinking anything further for now unless you’re completely sure of the setup, just to avoid making the situation more complicated.
