Apex Legends Game not launching - Origin Account Issue & Temp Fix?

Managed to fix this issue without creating new account, I downloaded another language via Settings > Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options. In my case, I choose Japanese. Once the localisation are downloaded, launch the game to character selection screen then exit the game. Revisit Settings and choose English US language. Now the game launches fine and can play without issue.
