Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

Hello!  I keep getting an error message in Apex Legends. Seemingly randomly while in game, my game will crash and I will get an error message somewhere along the lines of "the instruction at Dx3f57 ...

I have this issue as well. I am almost 100% sure it only happens to people who are on versions of windows lower than 10 (I am on 8.1). After trying all the solutions I can find, I am convinced that the only true solution short of the devs patching it is to upgrade to windows 10 😢
