Community ManagerSorry to hear Apex has been crashing for such a long time.
Since you’re playing through Steam, please try a few additional steps:
- Remove any existing Steam launch options for Apex and test the game again.
- Temporarily close unnecessary background applications and overlays, especially any controller remapping, monitoring, RGB, or system-tuning software.
- Make sure Windows and your GPU drivers are updated.
- Try a Clean Boot to rule out another program interfering with Apex.

If the game still crashes, could you let us know whether you see any error code or error message, and at what point the crash happens, for example during the intro, loading screen, or before reaching the lobby?
