Apex legends pc or console problem with lag comp or something

 This is probably the wrong forum but I didn't see a support forum. Anyway apex legends on pc or console,, it matters not as issue is the same on both. I have played since the beginning but I skipped the last few seasons until recently. I am constantly on the bad side of whatever it is that tries to negate players connection differences. I get maybe 1 good game out of 20 where I feel the game is working correctly. Be it lag compensation, interpolation or whatever. The result is I feel a tad slower in game, I have to shoot people twice as much as normal. You can imagine the end result of this in game. Killed constantly with no chance of surviving.

 It has been like this since the beginning with the exception of the 1st 2 weeks I feel it was ok. After they started patching it I've had the problem ever since. All that being said I need some help to correct this issue or directed to somewhere that can help. My connection is not the issue. I have gigabit fiber, open NAT, ports forwarded, static IP, ping between 30 to 60 depending on server. This has been persistent across cable internet or fiber internet as I only got the fiber recently. I play with a buddy in duos a lot and It's even worse when we play together. Please help!
