Game Stuck on Initializing

Game trying to load through Steam and gets stuck on initializing over the past week. I tried going through the EA launcher, and that gets stuck as well. I've uninstalled steam and Apex, reinstalled to the same issue. I've gone through a handfull of YT videos to run as admin / changing easy anticheat to open through windows 8, ran through the services to set easycheat on automatic. 

On some of the YT videos, it declares to run "r5apex.exe" as admin...I do not have that file, I don't run any extra antivirus, only the standard windows defender. It does not have any history of blocking nor a quarantined file for this .exe. I have also verified the intergrity of the game files about 19204 times and it says all ~9.5k files are good... 

I tried opening anticheat through windows explorer, and a window very quickly pops up then disappears. then, I am asked if the "program ran correctly", but when I click no, it simply launches a Windows troubleshoot that doesn't help anything. 

I feel like I've tried everything, but it isn't opening...
