I have currently been having the same problem for a long time now. I've always played Apex on steam and have about 500+ hours on the game. I merged my PSN with steam. The same steam is connected to the main EA account i've always played on. Now whenever i launch up Apex, none of my progress is there. No skins, no badges, and only an empty account. I know myself that EA is the original EA. Ive already tried linking my steam to other EA accounts I know of to see if that would fix anything but nothing. Let me know if there is any solution.
