Apex Legends Progress Reset.

Please note this is pasted from my email to EA. I am doing this as a last resort because it feels nearly impossible to contact someone at EA.  Hey, Good Afternoon. I am emailing because my Apex Legends account got reset and I am understandably upset. My account was at around level 400 if my memory serves correct and I have used it on both PC (steam) and xbox one. One day when I went to launch the game on console it asked me to register instead of just loading into the lobby as usual. When this happened I put in the information to this account because that's where I thought I was signed in before. However, when I loaded into the game, I was a brand new level 1 player. I don't know if this is a result of me putting in the wrong information, which I'll note does feel unlikely because I'm fairly positive that this was the right account. Then I also don't know if this is something to do with the fact that my steam account was hacked which I just got sorted out recently and had it recovered. Please all I am asking is for someone to help me recover this account. It would be greatly appreciated by me. Thank You.

    Hi @Jaxten111,

    It's very likely that when your Steam account was compromised it might have been unlinked from your EA account. If this happened, then when you signed in again, the system will have asked you for the EA account to link it again, and you might have linked to a different EA account. I wouldn't be able to tell you which account the progress is stored in, but you can try contacting EA Help support once again and provide them with your email addresses and check if there's another EA account already registered, as your progress might still be there. 

    If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try: 

    1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
    3. Select "I want to update my EA Account information" 
    4. Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

    If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
