Apex Legends (Steam) stuck in infinite loading screen

there are many of us with the same problem. if you move to directx11 you will no longer be blocked but you will have lag. I made a ticket and I didn't get any answer except that it's the problem of my internet and not the last update....ggs for apex😑

Moving to Direct 11 has not solved this problem of mine and has not eliminated the endless loading on the title screen...
