Apex Legends stuck on the Black loading screen

Hey @DerOfenvorheizer seeing a number of errors there so the best thing to do is go ahead and run System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...

Can you also try creating a new Windows admin account and try the game there to see if you continue to have the same issue?

Hey @EA_Darko i tried to use the SFC, but it says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them." what do i do?

  @EA_Darko Hi, I did just now and i tried to launch the game. And it seems like i am still stuck in the loading screen, i waited around 30 mins (my device was so hot at that point). Is there any other way to fix this? Or is this up to the Apex team to fix this?
