Apex Legends Stuck

Hello, I seem to be having a unique situation on my end. For about a week, a couple of days after the bloodhound event dropped, my PS4 has been crashing continuously whenever I play Apex. I thought it might’ve been my system but it’s not because I’m able to play FIFA, Call of Duty, etc. I initialized my system, uninstalled the game several times, I’ve deleted download history, changed DNS to manual, rebuilt database, restored licenses but nothing. For a few days I couldn’t even turn on my system after trying to launch Apex and it crashed. I got error codes saying the data was corrupted so I deleted it reinstalled. Please help, I just wanna play my favorite game. Cheers.

Apex Legends keeps freezing my console. It started last week, in game I couldn’t hear anything and I couldn’t see my gun, I was able to pick the gun up but it was invisible on my screen. I tried everything, I uninstalled the game, I initialized my PS4, I rebuilt the data base, I changed my DNS to manual, restored licenses, everything. It weird because it seems to only be Apex Legends, I’m playing FIFA, which also runs under the EA server, and I’m not having that problem. At one point I couldn’t even turn on my PS4 after Apex crashed. Please help.

@SpyrosFPS I no this is not the answer to your question or even related but the windows insider the new one dusen't work with the game apex

Hey @10luispf.

It definitely sounds like something was corrupted in the game files. Usually reinstalling will help out with that, but if not there might be something more happening. When you've got the chance could you try rebuilding the database on your PS4 to see if that helps?

First, start up your PS4 in Safe Mode. You should see the option to Rebuild the Database in the Safe Mode menu. Let me know if that helps at all.

@EA_Kent Tried it, my console even did it by itself at one point after the game crashed.

@EA_Kent Should I just send it in to get repaired? I just wanted to see if EA had another solution.

Hopefully it wouldn't come to that because I know that can be quite an ordeal.

It might be best to reach out to PlayStation support to see if they have any other recommendations that may help out with this. It's possible that it could be a hardware issue, but they might have some other recommendations on how to handle a situation like this.
